Research is abundantly evident that focusing on strengths increases employee engagement, satisfaction, contribution, fulfillment and productivity from which a loyalty effect emerges. Employees who felt they were able to focus on their strengths in their jobs were found more likely to: Recommend the organization's products and services and intend to stay with the organization for a longer period of time.
