Do happier people work harder?  Cultivating Employee Engagement

Engaged employees = Greater Organizational Productivity.  Research definitely demonstrates this equation.  Employee engagement is not something a company can require, but is something to be cultivated.  During this interactive workshop offering both inspiration and concrete tools to increase employee engagement attendees will learn specific strategies for fostering employee engagement, practice specific supervisor skills and receive immediately implementable tools to  take back to work.
